Bits and Pieces

Better to live on the corner of a roof than in a house shared with a nagging wife.

One of the biggest mistakes Chris and Lana made on this trip was sharing a Bible verse that their Bible study group had discussed. Jeff and Kevin continue to quote it as often as they can! They are given no legitimate reason to constantly do this, but really enjoy it.

We know of no definition of "parrot" other than the colorful, tropical bird. However, we were driving by an ultra large RV:
Jeff: "They have 3 parrots."
Chris: "What's a parrot?"
Jeff: "Well, it's a bird."
Chris: "Oh, I thought it was a trailer term."
Everyone laughs hysterically. She's so cute.

Jeff is now the proud owner of a flashy new pen. He admired it while he was signing the check when we were getting ready to go. He hunted down the waitress in hopes of acquiring it. He was able to purchase it for $10. Buyer and seller were both happy. Jeff has a nice souvenir if Kevin doesn't manage to get it away from him.
